| The ASQ Dayton List Server is used by the
section officers to send messages and documents to the section members and
interested non-members. Select the appropriate radio button to Subscribe or
Unsubscribe to the List Server. Enter your name. Enter the e-mail addresses
to which you want the messages sent. Select the appropriate radio button
to identify your membership status. If you are a member, enter your ASQ member
number and the month and year you became a member. Please separate the month and
year with a hyphen and use a two digit number for the month and a four digit number
for the year. This latter information will be used to verify your identity before
updating your List Server status. If you are not a member, enter your full
telephone number in the member number blank. Do not use any punctuation in the
telephone number. Leave the membership date textbox blank. Your telephone number
will be used to verify your identity before updating your List Server status in
the future. No other use will be made of this information. Click the Update
button to update the information. |
